Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To start a return please fill "contact us" form on our website. Note, customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, we will ask that you send a video to confirm the issue at hello@inframodeau.com, then we can authorize a replacement to be sent free of charge.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order. Please contact hello@koalacamp.co for return instructions. Once we receive the return you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
